We are a Dutch couple that decided to start enjoying live, and chose to move to the Irish serenity.
Our Bed & Breakfast nearby Newry is a new build house but with the traditional Irish feel to it.
From your window you always have a great view of the wonderfull green hills that surround you.

We did just about everything to ensure you can have a relaxed stay!
Quiet bedrooms, a very complete bathroom with jacuzi and a special guestroom make you feel spoiled.
We're proud of our lovely breakfasts, that contain a varying selection of over 120 different items.
This very complete breakfast is served in the guestroom.
Each day has a different breakfast and we can tend your diet-needs.

  Or spend a cozy evening in your own seperate livingroom which is
  nicely decorated in ‘The Butterfly’-style and has television and some games.
  Especially for our Dutch guests we do have Dutch channels as well.
  Also you can have a quiet evening and enjoy free coffee and tea!

Offcourse, during your holidays you want to be as free as possible.
That's why we only have two rules:

1. The Butterfly is a no-smoking B&B. However, there's plenty of space to smoke outside.
2. Payment on arrival.

It will be much unlike any other B&B you ever stayed at, we do believe you will love it!

Our premises meet all the statutory requirements for certification
and we are inspected and approved annually by the Northern Ireland Tourist Board.
